Bendable Therapy is an Oregon-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enabling access to modern and clinically proven mental health therapies. Its provides support, guidance, financial assistance, community, and professional training.

Psilocybin treatments occur at its vetted partner facilities, which support and connect those seeking psilocybin for help with mental health with a service center.

Bendable Therapy has authorized Psychedelic League to share its annual report, “Insights into the Use of Psilocybin as a Mental Health Tool”, which was produced after one (1) year of working within the Oregon legal framework.

Psychedelic League reviewed the current (8/28/2024) New Jersey bill SB2283/A3852 “Psilocybin Behavioral Health Access and Services Act.”

As it currently stands, the Senate bill is pending in the Budget and Appropriations Committee. The General Assembly bill approved recent amendments and it is currently pending in the Assembly Health Committee.
